Unexpected & emergent problem on a Saturday, yet Ira Toyota was still open for service and I was able to bring my car there and get the ball rolling on repairs. Even though it couldn't be done that day Toyota was still open for service and I was able to bring my car there and get the ball rolling on repairs. Even though it couldn't be done that day it was set up for service on Monday. Diagnosed -- needed a part ordered and it was complete the next morning. Their Courtesy Shuttle was able to pick me up promptly and the gentleman driver was very enjoyable to chat with. Given the terrible circumstances of having emergency car repairs, the whole transaction was as smooth and pain free as possible, which is all can anyone can hope for under the circumstances. I bought my car at Ira Toyota and always have my work done there and I really don't trust bringing it anywhere else. More
