Worked with Berto Arroyo through the process of purchasing the new Rav 4 hybrid AWD. The process was as smooth as could be asked for, in and out within a few hours. purchasing the new Rav 4 hybrid AWD. The process was as smooth as could be asked for, in and out within a few hours. More
I purchased a used Highlander from Ira. Only went to the dealership because of there inventory. I had very poor service buying a car. Almost as if they didn't care if we bought a car. Run away they aren't worth the stop! More
BUYER BEWARE - I recently purchased two new cars in the past couple of months from Ira Toyota. I had the same sales person in both instances. She was attentive and accommodating and she really did an exc past couple of months from Ira Toyota. I had the same sales person in both instances. She was attentive and accommodating and she really did an excellent job and would highly recommend her. In both instances, after the point of sale my experience was very poor. They made me wait more than two hours both times for a business manager to go over the paperwork. Excuse in both instances was that they were short staffed. My second purchase was in cash and took less than 5 minutes to transact. The sales manager in the 2nd instance forced me to answer marketing / sales questions to sell me additional services which I advised immediately that I did not want. He first lied to me and said this was required by law. When I pressed him, he admitted that it was actually required by Ira Toyota but that they needed to ask the questions to complete the sale. From a service perspective, in both instances I had to have leather seats installed after the purchase and I had to chase their service team to get this scheduled. The first installation was then done and they forgot to install the heating elements to the seats. No apologies from anyone in service and barely could get anyone to help me figure it out what was wrong. I had taken 1/2 day off from work to get this done and I then had to schedule another appointment and take another 1/2 day to have them fix it. Again, no apologies. For the second car that I bought 3 days ago, I was told I'd get a call to schedule right away and I still haven't received that call. I've now reached back to the Sales Person to escalate. The only reason that I purchased the 2nd car from them was fact that sales person was very good and I assumed that my first experience after the sale was an anomaly. Turns out "not". More
The people who work at Ira Toyota, are fine. However, the management is not adequately staffing. Waiting for three hours to have an Oil change on my Prius is inexcusable. I brought my car in rig However, the management is not adequately staffing. Waiting for three hours to have an Oil change on my Prius is inexcusable. I brought my car in right on time 10:00 AM. And it wasn’t until after 12 PM that I received my paperwork and paid. Something is wrong with the management of this dealership that this kind of service experience happens. I don’t know what the solution is but that’s what good management is for. Again, this is not about the workers. This is a management problem! More
