Service writer was extremely unfriendly and borderline rude. I called 3 times and was told I would get a call back, didn’t happen. I asked for quotes on service I wanted to do, and he made up some numbers rude. I called 3 times and was told I would get a call back, didn’t happen. He also threatened to refuse to do work on my vehicle even though it was routine dealer service. All in all, terrible experience. More

We were quoted $4500. 00 to get an inspection sticker from Ira Toyota dealership. We went to another location ( a national chain) and I left there with a sticker for $0.00. 00 to get an inspection sticker from Ira Toyota dealership. I have have service done at Ira toyota (formally Prime toyota) and had great experience when it was Prime toyota. DO NOT GO TO IRA TOYOTA TO GET SERVICE. They also lost a sale. They have scheduling and staffing issues. 2 hours plus for routine maintenance too long.
