I requested the a/c coolant be changed and my oil changed when I brought the car in. When the bill was presented , I had been charged for an additional engine coolant change that I had not requested and di when I brought the car in. There was no work order presented to me to sign authorizing service on my car. I will not leave my car there for service in the future without reviewing and signing a work order. Perhaps I should be looking for another dealership where work order authorization is standard procedure. More

I have a 2018 Highlander Limited with 24,500 miles and my radio stopped working. I brought it in and was told it would cost me $80 to remove my radio which was no big deal. After waiting 3 hours I was told radio stopped working. I brought it in and was told it would cost me $80 to remove my radio which was no big deal. After waiting 3 hours I was told that the "lead" mechanic went above and beyond and took my radio out and put in one from another Highlander and it worked so I need a new radio. Now comes the good part......I was given a quote of $6268.26....Really???? Who on earth would pay that amount for a radio. I have NEVER known anyone to have their radio die so obviously mine was defective. In my mind this is considered consumer fraud and I will be taking it to the next level. Donna More

Very disappointed in service department Amy service rep was great. service manager was good. mechanic STEVE very rude very arrogant and abused my vehicle with me in the car.
