We were quoted $4500. 00 to get an inspection sticker from Ira Toyota dealership. I have have service done at Ira toyota (formally Prime toyota) and had great experience when it was Prime toyota. DO NOT GO TO IRA TOYOTA TO GET SERVICE. They also lost a sale. We are going to get another toyota soon. More

I am updating my review of my experience with IRA Toyota of Saco. This has been THE WORST car buying experience I have ever had. They only gave me one key for the vehicle and only offered to provide one at of Saco. This has been THE WORST car buying experience I have ever had. They only gave me one key for the vehicle and only offered to provide one at no cost after I left a note about it in my first review. Then a week after we owned it, it broke down in a situation that put my family at risk. I took it back and asked them to make it right. After promising to do so, we are still without a functioning vehicle. It's been OVER A MONTH and the band-aid they offered was a rental vehicle while we wait for a solution. In the meantime we are paying for a vehicle that we cannot drive, and that IRA told us they could fix but we'd most likely continue to have issues with. We were sold a lemon. I will NEVER purchase from IRA Toyota Saco again. In a few years my wife will need a new car. We will not buy it from IRA. In two years my daughter will be driving. She will not putchase from IRA. Two other vehicle purchases were lost, when they could have made it right with this one vehicle. I will NOT recommend this dealership to any friends or family either. Worst customer service ever.
