Both of them were incredibly patient with me as I was constantly calling my parents for guidance. Berto worked with us to find a car and a deal that we just could not pass up. He went above and beyond and stayed late to make sure that I was all set. I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with getting maintenance done. I can no say that I’ve had nothing but good (yet emotional) experiences with buying a car here! More
Twice we were having issues with acceleration of the Prius when it was cold, but above freezing, going uphill. Very little power. From what I read online, it could be an issue with the hybrid battery. Trever suggested that if we bring it in, they will check the health of the hybrid battery for free. At the same time, they checked the whole vehicle and found no issues with anything. It was still FREE when I checked out. Some of my past experiences in the last 10 years were not good and we have refrained from returning to the dealership for any reason. It was good to see that the service this time was excellent and well organized since it was taken over by new management. Please keep up the good work. Thank you! More

Service took longer than expected but not dealer’s fault as waiting parts from Toyota. They identified problem with the other leaf spring and corrected at same time. Appointment to replace battery—replacement was only a little over 2 years old. I should not have had to pay anything. Toyota needs to install batteries with longer lifespans, and longer full warranties little over 2 years old. I should not have had to pay anything.
