I was have an appointment to change 4 tires at 1:00 pm , i wait for 2 ours then went to ask if the vehicle is done, they said they just will start the process after 2 outs waiting, then they took them anoth i wait for 2 ours then went to ask if the vehicle is done, they said they just will start the process after 2 outs waiting, then they took them another 2 ours to change the tires, they wasted my time, I don’t recommend them. Service at Prime has gone downhill.Last year the Service at Prime has gone downhill. Last year the service tech broke my blue tooth mic. They promised to reimburse me for the replacement cost. I submitted the proof of the $15 cost for a new mic, which I replaced myself. I have't received any of the promised refund yet. I had my regular service done on Sept 7 and then drove to FL, at which time I noticed a leak. I called the Prime Service manager because a FL Toyota dealer wanted to charge me a "diagnostic fee" of $250 to id the leak. After some discussion about why I should pay to have one Toyota shop to look at why another Toyota missed a leak, he agreed to cover the cost if it was because of their mistake. The local Toyota shop said my transmission was leaking in several places and they couldn't understand how Prime missed it. On Monday I called the Prime service manager to advise him of this and what he would do about the $147 it cost me to discover their error. It is now Thursday and he has not returned my call. There appears to be a pattern here. Sloppy service work and poor customer service from management. I'm done with Prime. Buyer beware. More

As I approached the end of my lease this year I was hit with the news about the current car shortage. I live in New York and most dealerships that I contacted were all giving me the same answer; cars would with the news about the current car shortage. I live in New York and most dealerships that I contacted were all giving me the same answer; cars wouldn’t be available by the lease end date. I have had the pleasure of leasing through Prime Toyota for about 6 years now and due to the pandemic I didn’t think I would be making the trip up from NY this time around. I am extremely grateful for all that Berto Arroyo has done for me since the first vehicle that I leased with him, but specially the quickness and efficiency that my new lease was handled with. I drove over 600miles for my new Rav4 Hybrid and I will probably do it again in another 3 years! More
