I’ll admit, this wasn’t my first choice for a Toyota dealer to have my Tacoma serviced. However, I was extremely pleased with the service I received today, July 26, 2021. We are traveling out of state a dealer to have my Tacoma serviced. However, I was extremely pleased with the service I received today, July 26, 2021. We are traveling out of state and I realized I couldn’t get to our next destination before my 20,000 mile service was due. So I called around and found that some of the other dealerships in the area were scheduled out at least two weeks. That wasn’t gonna work for me. But when I called Prime Toyota, I could get in the same day! I took the appointment and I am very glad I did.
