My service was to be put on 4 new tires and basic oil. Technician found a few issues that could be a problem down the road. April in her friendly and professional manner explained the situation with the Technician found a few issues that could be a problem down the road. April in her friendly and professional manner explained the situation with the Water pump slightly leaking and drive belts looking worn. Took me to see the technician and explained the concerns leaving it to my decision. I agreed with April and Blake's recommendation to get it done now. I had errands to run, since the work was going to take several hours. April hooked me up with a nice rental. Once the work was completed she call me to notify that the car was ready and she was finalizing all the paperwork. April applied all the coupons that she could to reduce the hefty bill. She provided me with the rebate form for $60 dollars from the purchase of the 4 Yokoama tires. Overall great service and April does a fantastic job of keeping you inform of what is happening with service.
