Berto Arroyo was patient, friendly and understanding as I experienced an emotional 2 months. After learning that my 2013 RAV4 would be considered a total loss by my insurance company, due to extensive rode experienced an emotional 2 months. After learning that my 2013 RAV4 would be considered a total loss by my insurance company, due to extensive rodent damage, I was unexpectedly forced to look for its replacement. I located a 2018 RAV4 on Prime’s website, and Berto was able to quickly have the 2018 brought up from out of state to the nearby dealership. It was a great car and I expected to be able to drive it home in about a week. However, I had to try and patiently wait for another 5 weeks until its title arrived. Berto was wonderful throughout this long drawn-out wait. He texted me periodically to let me know of any updates. After my insurance coverage for a rental ended, Berto arranged for me to continue to have a rental till the 2018 was ready. He continued to reassure me that everything was going to work out just fine. Finally upon receiving my new “ride,” the 2018 was spotless, a minor damaged area on the front passenger fender was professionally repaired, state inspection sticker was new, and with a full tank of gas, I am finally ready to begin a new chapter with my 2018.
