I’ll admit, this wasn’t my first choice for a Toyota dealer to have my Tacoma serviced. However, I was extremely pleased with the service I received today, July 26, 2021. We are traveling out of state a dealer to have my Tacoma serviced. However, I was extremely pleased with the service I received today, July 26, 2021. We are traveling out of state and I realized I couldn’t get to our next destination before my 20,000 mile service was due. So I called around and found that some of the other dealerships in the area were scheduled out at least two weeks. That wasn’t gonna work for me. But when I called Prime Toyota, I could get in the same day! I took the appointment and I am very glad I did. April was superb as my service advisor and we were done and back on the road within an hour. Thank you April and thank you Prime Toyota for the quick and excellent service. More

Berto helped me this past week turn a dream into a reality. My wife and I have leased 3 RAV4’s three times in a row and loved each one, but recently, we realized we needed something with a little more reality.
