Roger LaPierre and I, his friend Rick, were running late for the service appointment. We called, and the nice woman on the phone moved the appt up a half hour. When we got to IRA, our wait was short. An attractive young woman with a friendly confident demeanor (our Service Manager, Michelle), came right over and took our information, and showed us to the waiting room. She kept in touch throughout the whole process. The truck needed tires which would not be available for a few days, Michelle solved that problem in a smart way that was also very thoughtful toward Roger and I. We were able to drive the truck home today with the new State Inspection Sticker! The tires are beautiful, the truck runs much better, and even steers more smoothly and easily. Thank you folks at IRA! More

It took two hours to get a service done when it was supposed to take an hour. Plus, they use texting to apparently be able to talk to the representative who is taking care of your car. I replied to enquire about the time expected for my car to be ready and he never replied back. The representative didn’t even apologize for the long wait. It was a terrible experience. More
Very displeased with recent visit for State Inspection. No consideration given to the fact that this was to be JUST inspection. Return of the vehicle was delayed due to poor communication from iRA Toyota t No consideration given to the fact that this was to be JUST inspection. Only a small text message when it seems that the inspection was completed asking for authorization for repair services that were not due or needed for another 1500 miles. In the text message with no details. Only a link that I could not access. Twenty five minutes later a phone call where I declined further service and was told the car would be returned. Another half hour before I could pay for the inspection. Then only vague directions about the location where my car was located. Overall, almost an hour delay beyond when the inspection was completed to get my car, and NO detail about the cause of the recommendation for further service. More

I was disappointed someone I dropped my car off the night before for a 7:30 AM service and they never touched my car until afternoon. And when I called to ask if the car was completed, they gave me the reaso before for a 7:30 AM service and they never touched my car until afternoon. And when I called to ask if the car was completed, they gave me the reason that because I dropped it off the night before they took more pertinent service jobs before mine. So I just question what the sense is making a service appointment and knock it out on a service appointment line Just a little disappointed in that. And then never really got an answer of why I brought the car therefore, in the first place. But I had no problem with the other issues that they checked for me that I had asked for a while I’ll have the car there. More
