Bad Sales Experience I am in the market for a low mileage RAV4 Hybrid. I visited Prime Saco and their salesman Sam Patch found the perfect car for me at their Prime Subar I am in the market for a low mileage RAV4 Hybrid. I visited Prime Saco and their salesman Sam Patch found the perfect car for me at their Prime Subaru dealership in Manchester, NH and said that they would bring it up to Saco. I put $500 down and thought we had a deal. Three days later I saw that the car was still listed as for sale on the Prime website, so I spoke with Sam to make sure the car would not be sold. Six days later, and two days after I sold my other car, I called to ask if they had brought the car to Saco. Sam had to check, and after a couple of hours called me back to say the car had been sold to someone else. I wasted 10 days thinking that the $500 deposit would be honored as a deposit. Now I don't have a car and have to resume my search. I can assure you I will not visit Prime again. More
