Service Dept Kudos Prime Toyota of Saco stepped up once again... Lost the use of my windshield wipers on Thursday, during a steady downpour on the Maine Turnpike. Call Prime Toyota of Saco stepped up once again... Lost the use of my windshield wipers on Thursday, during a steady downpour on the Maine Turnpike. Called the Service Dept for replacement wiper motor, assuming that was the problem. They ordered the motor, ready for Friday. Brought my 2008 Toyota Prius in, 405k miles and counting, and the service advisor doubled down and questioned if I knew this was the problem. We decided to diagnose instead and found out it was the wiper assembly, not the motor. Waited another day for the part and handed off to another service advisor, who would be working Saturday. The part came in and the service dept took care of the problem. More

Just do not understand how a car can pass inspection with the tire pressure light on and remained on even after the rotation.
