After reviewing the quo I called Prime Toyota looking for a quote on a 2019 RAV4. I spoke with Steve, he sent me a quote via email with in 15 minutes. After reviewing the quote my wife wanted to change the color also wanted heated seats. I called him back asked if we could make both changes. Within 15 minutes we had our final quote. I called up and spoke with Norm, he asked when we could come down and look at the vehicle. I told him in 45 minutes. When we showed up Shane met us at the door. They maid it very easy for us to drive home in a new vehicle. I will buy my next vehicle from Prime! More

Overall my experience was good but I overpaid for my car. I really enjoyed my experience at prime. The salesman laid out options between leasing and financing new and used vehicles well. He was very nice and I really enjoyed my experience at prime. The salesman laid out options between leasing and financing new and used vehicles well. He was very nice and I didn’t get the “used care salesman” vibe from him. However, I didn’t get the residual value number from him even though I asked for it three times until after we agreed to terms. It was at that point that I realized I dramatically overpaid for my lease. Which is more my fault than the salesman since I didn’t wait to see the buyback price first. More
