Surprised Went in for my first 5k service appointment. Surprised to learn after leaving dealership that oil change and oil filter replacement was not performed, Went in for my first 5k service appointment. Surprised to learn after leaving dealership that oil change and oil filter replacement was not performed, nor required per maintenance schedule. Which of course I did not read till after the fact. Might be helpful for service advisors to review with customers what service will be performed at time of service arrival. Very happy with all personnel and aspects of dealership and highly recommended. More

A great place I actually look forward to when I have to bring in the Toyota for service. The waiting facilities are amazing.
