Overall my experience was good but I overpaid for my car. I really enjoyed my experience at prime. The salesman laid out options between leasing and financing new and used vehicles well. He was very nice and I really enjoyed my experience at prime. The salesman laid out options between leasing and financing new and used vehicles well. He was very nice and I didn’t get the “used care salesman” vibe from him. However, I didn’t get the residual value number from him even though I asked for it three times until after we agreed to terms. It was at that point that I realized I dramatically overpaid for my lease. Which is more my fault than the salesman since I didn’t wait to see the buyback price first. More

Taking care of a customer above and beyond what was expected Dave kept in touch with me concerning an issue I had with the car. My air conditioner in the car was making a noise and then stopped working. When I t Dave kept in touch with me concerning an issue I had with the car. Dave kept in touch with me and even told me to stop by his house if it occurred again. He told me where he lived. It started acting up again, twice in one week. He scheduled an appointment with me and had the blow motor replaced and it's working great again. More
