I had to spend 3 an 1/2 hours in dealership and I had my check ready. I have to travel back 3 hrs round trip to get my roof rack on. Again no discount for inconvenience. I am often early for my appointments being a poor judge of traffic and road conditions. However this time I showed up a couple days early due to a mix up in scheduling. I was treated kindly and my car taken in to figure out why my check engine light had come on. The reason was found only with a careful search. Mice had been chewing on a evac hose. I returned at a later date to have the hose replaced. I was shown the damaged hose. More

Easy to work with I live 3.5 hours away from the dealership so finding a dealer that would work with me primarily over the phone was hard. Not to mention their prices are the best...and I did some serious shopping to find exactly what I wanted for the price I needed. More
