Some costs are not transparent such as the shuttle service which I thought was a courtesy service . Also I had a $39.00 charge listed as shop charge / misc materials . As well as an $84.00 charge for an oil change which I had a 9.99 coupon for from the dealership. In fairness I did get a $130.00 adjustment related to the brake job I had done and also had a coupon from the dealership. Overall I think it is a well organized and efficient dealership. I think they could do better with being more transparent on fees and final costs to their customers. More

The car has alignment issues. I took it in for an alignment and I still feel it pulling. Something’s off and I had my bf drive it and he agrees. He said to bring it back. The customer service was great the mechanic was friendly. My car has some kinda issue that maybe needs further diagnosing. It’s the 2nd time this cars done this and the first time I almost died. I won’t be buying a Prius again. More
