I apologize that you did not receive that service. Louis, the gentleman who waited on you is very affable but also very new. He runs our Express Lube Team and really had no prior experience with this type of issue. Had he asked, the whole situation could have been resolved here in a similar manner as what was done at Falmouth Toyota. The reason that we had the rim was because we were going to mount and balance the tire on the rim once it arrived so that you could come in and have the tire installed quickly. Again, I'm disappointed that this occurred but I will use this as a coachable moment to avoid this scenario in the future. I appreciate the reply. My opinion is the tire would of been lost by the time a new tire arrived since I was told it was just placed off to the side. Also, I must point out your mechanic took the time to put the "hub cap" back in the trunk of the car. Live and learn and thanks for taking the time to reply.

I am sorry to hera that you did not have a good experience. The person that you spoke with on the phone books approximately 80% of our appointments. She is excellent at giving out as much information as possible. I honestly don't know why you weren't offered a car with the amount of money spent. I know that we do ask that you ask for the senior discount as some people are offended by us asking if they are a senior. With regards to the work needed, as that recommended service or needed repairs? We do advise customers rouetinely of immediate need (tires?) and recommended services for maintenance, ie tuneups, fluid services etc.It's met to educate and inform, If you choose not do these items, you will not be pressured.
