By phone, text, and email I made appointment for 40,000 mile maintenance, saying we would WAIT. We arrived at appointed time, and they said we had to leave car for the day - mechanics were at lunch...After mile maintenance, saying we would WAIT. We arrived at appointed time, and they said we had to leave car for the day - mechanics were at lunch...After wrangling they agreed to complete the oil change and tire rotation within 90 minutes after 100 minutes I inquired, and they said 10 more minutes...They told me to pay a certain amount, I complied, then afterwards remembered we have a warranty. They refunded and told me warranty is done 2026... After leaving and viewing orrinal paperwork, I see warranty lasts til 2031...What gives with IRA Toyota??? More

I have had two bad experiences with this dealer. One was a salesman who i was trying to lease a Rav4 hybrid but never finished deal.
