Your input is valuable, and it will help us to provide a better experience for you in the future In speaking with our sales management staff, I am told that Crown Signia you purchased was a brand-new vehicle with under 10 miles on it. The 600 mile message you saw indicates how many miles until empty. I am sorry that the process of purchase took so long but we had to wait for your insurance company to send us what was needed. Once we received that information, we could then begin the process of registering your new vehicle for you. When registering the vehicle, there are not a lot of exact color choices and the storm cloud color of your new vehicle is a type of gray, which is why that is listed on your registration. The finance managers do present you with options regarding different extended warranty plans and you certainly can refuse to purchase them, but it is their job to make the offer of those products. The first car you had mentioned, unfortunately, went on Stop Sale shortly before you could get it because of a recall campaign that Toyota is preparing a remanufacturing the components necessary to fix the issue. It is and was not our intention to "dupe" you in the purchase of the new vehicle - our company motto is "Integrity, Transparency, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Respect" and we stand by that.
