We own 4 Toyotas and would never deal with IRA again in Hyannis. We don’t know if it’s the mechanics who lie or the service advisors? We have been lied to on numerous occasions. The worst!!! We had Ron Hyannis. We don’t know if it’s the mechanics who lie or the service advisors? We have been lied to on numerous occasions. The worst!!! We had Ronald Lindell as our service advisor and all that he told us was wrong with our car, we left and brought it to someone who has been in business for 47 years who did all the same tests and we found that Ron lied and lied to us which has happened to us there over and over again we cannot go back there for service. My last 3 experiences with Ira Toyota's maintenance service have been terrible. They always forget to turn off any lights on the dashboard after the service is done, and when we pick up the car the lig service have been terrible. They always forget to turn off any lights on the dashboard after the service is done, and when we pick up the car the light is still on. I wonder if the service was actually done and I had to pay for it. Their credibility has dropped a lot. I like to have my car serviced at the Toyota where I bought it, but I've been thinking that it's not the same anymore. The attendants are not friendly and it seems like they're doing us a favor and forget that everything has to be paid for, it's not a free service. Today I spent $3,421.00 dollars at a place that is no longer worth it. They also forgot to put the sticker on the car window for the next oil change service. Every time I have to go back to the store for something that they forget to do. I won't recommend them to any friends until I realize that the employees are more attentive. It's frustrating to get a call from Toyota saying your car is ready to pick up, but when I arrived to pick it up during my work hours, I had to wait another 30 minutes because they forgot something to do with the car. This is proof that after the service is done, they don't check to see if everything is ok. More
