No oil change, no car wash and, more importantly, I called the service desk about an hour after I got home with a couple of quick questions. No answer (left a message) and no call back. VERY lame. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because of the Sales staff. More

If you have a few hours to spare. Had an appointment but told it would be 90 minutes for an oil change. More like 2 1/2 hours before completion.
