I recently moved to the Cape and had concerns for my 2024 Hybrid Rav4. Al scheduled an appointment for my car the next day. Eric reviewed Al’s documentation and listen to my concerns. Check in takes forever even though all of my info was already filled in online days in advance. Waited 45 minutes for a shuttle. Absolutely miserable. The sales person we had was excellent when we bought our used 2020 RAV4. His name is Curt Baker. When I called to set up an appointment for service, it took over an hour to get to speak with someone. When I checked in, the attendant said,” Let’s see,the last time you were in was at 35 thousand miles”. I told him that we bought the car used and it had 8,000 miles on it! As a side note, I waited 2hours for a grease and oil,tire rotation. It was unpleasant,for me, with the TV sound and people talking on their phones. Next time I will try to remember to bring ear plugs. More

Simple oil change quoted 1 hour to 1 and a half hour. I was first service call of the day! Car was delivered outside the waiting area 20 minutes before they came and told me it was ready!
