It’s not about inconvenience as much as it is about honesty, integrity and decency. The Ira Toyota dealership has really declined and I am not the only one who has noticed this. While I have driven Toyotas for about 20 years, it’s not worth dealing with a service department that is gruff and dishonest. I will either look at the Orleans dealership or look into other Japanese car models.
