With the news of the old school 4 Runner going away for a newer revamped model I went into Ira Toyota about 6+ months ago and met with my sales consultant Justin. Justin and I hit it off instantly and he rea newer revamped model I went into Ira Toyota about 6+ months ago and met with my sales consultant Justin. Justin and I hit it off instantly and he really listened to what I want (order). Justin turned his computer and went over all options and confirmation, and shows me the rough lead time-allocation. After we agreed to the build, estimated lead time and price I left…about 3 weeks later I get a follow up call from Justin saying nothings changed but wanted to keep me informed, wasn’t annoying or the typical sales call…we actually talked for 15-20 minutes and out of that 1 minute about the truck. After the first conversation, I got follow up calls through the acceptance of the order, order-build and finally it’s on a ship coming from Japan…the communication was much more expected and every call was the same, 1 minute or less about the truck; 15-20 about life… I couldn’t ask for a better, knowledgeable sales consultant that has the best communication and is a real person.
