Liars, cheats…most cost prob not even aware. In for an oil change with an appointment. After waiting 1.5hrs oil change not done, but said I needed a cabin air filter and new tire due to a scre In for an oil change with an appointment. After waiting 1.5hrs oil change not done, but said I needed a cabin air filter and new tire due to a screw in the tread adding they don’t plug tires anymore. Now I personally changed the cabin air filter the month previous….? Liars. I told them just to the oil change and forget the tire. 1.5hrs later car done. I go out and inspect the “screw” in the tire….it was in large center portion of tire tread, I poked at it with my finger and it fell to the pavement. So it was barely in the tread. And the screw head was not worn as if it had been in the tire against pavement at all. IMO the screw was put there by dishonest tech looking to score more wages and a good used tire…. And today, I’m at different Toyota Dealer whom states that the cap to the oil filer hosing was put so tight they can’t open it to perform an oil change…. I would not take a GO KAHT TO these idiots and thieves… More
Took my Rav 4 in for service at 9am. Was quoted a return time of 3-4 pm. Michelle was nice enough to make arrangements for me to get a loaner car. Surprised at condition of vehicle at pickup. I was pleased with service - but was not happy to notice a small crack in my front windshield that was not there when I brought my car in for service. Thank you Dennis for agreeing to fix the badly scarred allow wheels which I know were as a result of tire rotation service at your dealership. I have moved to New Mexico and had the two badly scarred allo allow wheels which I know were as a result of tire rotation service at your dealership. I have moved to New Mexico and had the two badly scarred allow wheels replaced with matching Blackburn wheels. Total cost at Firestone Santa Fe was $1600. I will send you the bill and revise my rating of your dealership once reimbursed. I did ask at the time of service for this to be fixed but the manager denied responsibility. More
