We were loyal customers After having purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership we can no longer trust them. We used to service our personal and business vehicles and now won't step foot in the organization after poor responses to a problem this fall. They keep increasing and increasing their fees, a simple question sent to the manager Brian Scarpiellini about recent cost increases in October was never answered. The next time we brought a used Prius in they did a "mechanical check" and provided no documentation. We had our oldest Prius serviced here for 10 years and they couldn't keep track correctly of simple things like spark plugs. When we asked for records they refused to provide them for months on end. Mr. Scapriellini clearly does not care. More
