Poor service experience Easy to set up appointment for regular service. When I arrived, I was told it would take 1 hour (as usual), so I waited. It ended up taking 1 hour 40 minutes and no one spoke to me to explain or apologize. I was not happy. This was the first time this happened but I hope it does not happen again or I’ll go elsewhere. They can do better than this. More

Smooth, like a "well oiled machine". I feel so lucky to have such a great dealership to handle my car needs. I especially like the service department. The staff is so courteous friendly I feel so lucky to have such a great dealership to handle my car needs. I especially like the service department. The staff is so courteous friendly and professional. They always take their time to explain any necessary repairs (why, how much, etc.). If the repairs are going to take only an hour or two I can wait in their very comfortable waiting area (love the cushy recliners and the free snacks), but if it will be longer the free shuttle service is right there to take me where I need to go,m and to pick me up and take me back when repairs are done. This past week I was first checked in by Meaghan Hughes, very efficient and friendly. Kristin O'Connor was my service rep. What a sweet girl, funny, knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this dealership. It certainly appears to me that they all enjoy what they do,m and that I have always found reflects on management. More

Not impressed Made an appointment for oil change to to patch my tire that was flat at 9 because I had work in mashpee at 12:30. It was changed to 9:30, okay no prob Made an appointment for oil change to to patch my tire that was flat at 9 because I had work in mashpee at 12:30. It was changed to 9:30, okay no problem, I get there and tell the lovely girl who was helping me I need to leave by 12. At 11:50 a man came out and said there was a “slow leak in the tire and cannot be fixed” his exact words and that all the other tires were in the red. The last time I go the oil done and tires rotated they were all in the green. He also gave me a hard dime because he said I had 141,000 miles, I said that couldn’t be right and he stated well that’s what they wrote down. He then gave me paperwork for 4 new tires and said I could talk to someone. At this point I had to leave for work and told him I cannot do that today. He said okay well we’ll just put your car back together with the spare on it. BACK TOGETHER at all this point 12. I ended up being a half hour late to work and bringing my car to a small auto shop down my road. 25 mins later my tire was patched and only cost me $15 rather than the $40 they wanted to charge me for the patch. My leave is up next month, I was looking at the new corolla, yeah not anymore, not form that dealership. More
