I was without my phone in the late afternoon for a few hours and the car was ready. It was also the last day of the sale. I got to my phone and it was 15 minutes after closing when Kristin O'Connor called to get my payment info. I thought I was out almost $200 because I thought I'd missed the sale. Good service and price Hyannis Toyota was schedule to give me an oil change and tire rotation. However, they found a major problem with my steering wheel column. Despite the Hyannis Toyota was schedule to give me an oil change and tire rotation. However, they found a major problem with my steering wheel column. Despite the unexpected finding, they quickly gave me a loaner vehicle for free and finished the job the next day. The total price was under $200, very reasonable given the repair! More

Disappointed I had scheduled an appointment for 2:30 for an oil change and inspection sticker. They told me it would be ready in about an hour. I went for a walk. At 3:30 my phone rang to say they were just pulling my car in and did I want both an oil change and sticker? That is what I scheduled and signed the initial paper approving. I asked how long that would take and they said another hour(4:30) I had another appointment at 5 so after over an hours wait all I left with was an inspection sticker........ not happy No apology, no one asked how things went or if I wanted to reschedule appointment- More
