Excellent service! I was due for service in about 400 miles. Planned to make an appointment for the following week. But, all of a sudden the power steering quit. We mana I was due for service in about 400 miles. Planned to make an appointment for the following week. But, all of a sudden the power steering quit. We managed to get the car in to Toyota with no appointment. They lent us a a car because they said they couldn’t look at the problem until the end of the day. We set up the whole nine yards: what we would have had done the following week plus the emergency. I left work the next day (a Saturday at that!) and picked up the car. I was very surprised — not only was everything well done, but I got a full explanation of what was done and why. I am out of warranty but I would come back in a heartbeat. I wish I remembered the names of those I spoke with. But it was outstanding! I think it was June 15-16, if that helps. Thank you so much! More
