Impressive Service I arrived at the time I scheduled online. I asked how long the appointment would take as I planned to wait for the car and then head off to work. I wa I arrived at the time I scheduled online. I asked how long the appointment would take as I planned to wait for the car and then head off to work. I was told 3 hours. I was shocked. The service person told me that the appointments scheduled online were meant for those who could drop their car off. I hate to get up early and dreaded having to reschedule. The Service Person said, “let me talk to the manager.” A short while later the manager came over to me and told me that the car would be expedited and I was out of there in 45 minutes.
