Still Love Hyannis Toyota I love the new valet parking! It was raining, I couldn't find a parking spot, and had circled the lot once already; then I saw the attendant and he of I love the new valet parking! Then my favorite morning show was on in the lounge (thanks!) Then my vehicle was done sooner than promised- that was nice. The representative came out and THOROUGHLY explained to me exactly what was done, and advised me. I especially appreciate the completeness of that explanation. The cashier wasn't the friendliest person. I was trying to ask her a question but she seemed to talk right over me, maybe in an effort to keep the line moving?? but to me that was no excuse. Thus the 4- and not 5-star rating. (That question was answered when I received this survey) This is the second vehicle I have acquired from Hyannis Toyota in 18 years and I love them bcuz I can depend on them to Last, and I appreciate that!
