Dear Happy, Thank you for your feedback. I've spoken with our greeter (the older gentleman that you spoke with requesting an older salesperson) and he does not recall having that specific conversation with anyone. Also our oldest salesperson on the floor is JR and he is 66 not 68. He too, does not remember anything of this nature. Dear AB, Thank you for reaching out. I've checked with our sales desk regarding any lost registrations (as this is not a regular occurrence) and I was told there was one some time ago. I understand that they purchased a new one for you when you reported it missing the next day. As for seeing the Tundra at our detail shop, we don't have a detail shop onsite. If it was at our detail shop offsite, it would not have been ready for sale. I would like to further investigate your claims, but would need more information to track when this actually occurred.
