Not the same. Hyannis Toyota service department has changed. We find the employees are not as friendly They are actually a bit rude and short anytime you have call Hyannis Toyota service department has changed. We find the employees are not as friendly They are actually a bit rude and short anytime you have call them . I find it difficult to get appointments just to have my oil changed or minor service done on my truck , appointment being 1-2 weeks out. Once you finely are able to get the quality of work has been good , but again employees are just not as friendly. More
