Everyone is always polite and my inspection was completed but I left there irritated because of the lack of appreciation for my business. I can go anywhere for an inspection sticker. Once my Tacoma was diagnosed, I received a text explaining what needed to be repaired and then a follow up call from an advisor. My truck had to stay overnight and I was offered a loaner if needed and was ready the following day by the time I needed it. A shuttle service is available and a well decorated waiting area. Was very impressed as a first time customer and will continue to use Hyannis Toyota in the future. More
