Great experience, Russ K was just terriffic and very persistant in getting us a vehicle we would like. We got a Lexus RX 350 SUV, which I would not recommend (who ever heard of 12v outlets buried in the persistant in getting us a vehicle we would like. We got a Lexus RX 350 SUV, which I would not recommend (who ever heard of 12v outlets buried in the center glove box, at the very bottom, or having to change the radio station via mouse on a computer screen, give me the traditional FM 1-5 pre-programmed push buttons). But I would definitely recommend Russ K & this dealership, service dept is clearly gottheir act together. Great job Bryan S, see you soon! More

When I turned down a deal on this latest car, he kindly call me back to see if something could be worked out, convincing management to go a bit further to make the deal. Mr. Howard is sincere and takes a personal interest in his customers. Megan Hughes, service assistant, is outstanding in every way, unflappably patient and pleasant, and always thorough and helpful. After thinking about the type of vehicle and budget my wife and I also considered service. Here is our two part review of Hyannis Toyota sales and service. Service Department - This service department is the best . I think the one word to describe the department is "trust". I trust their workmanship, honesty and judgement. I have never gotten the feeling of being cheated or gouged, only good assessment of the condition and recommendations needed to keep my vehicle safe and reliable. I feel other service departments are okay or in some cases horrible but this department should also get a sales award. Because of the way we have been treated over the decades of owning different Toyotas it was a part in deciding on another Toyota. I have probably had more opportunity to have done business with Rick Arseneaux than the other service personnel but they all do their job well. No complaints about this part of Hyannis Toyota. Sales Department - This review should be just like my buying experience, short and sweet. My wife and I walked in to browse and check out the new Toyotas while her 4Runner was getting a inspection sticker and my Tacoma was getting a oil change. We were introduced to Chet Hughes in the showroom and informed him that we were in the market for a new vehicle. We browsed a bit and then told Chet we would call him when we could find time to test drive some different models. A few days later we were back at Hyannis Toyota, test drove 3 different models and chose the vehicle we now own. Chet was a part of our buying experience in a good way,had helpful input and allowed us to figure out what we would be most happy with. I may have some apprehension about some other dealer employees but not at this showroom. No pressure and very enjoyable. More
In with the old and out with the new in one day. The day before Christmas I went to Hyannis Toyota with the thought of trading my 2006 4Runner for a new Rav4 since my wife and I needed more economical utili before Christmas I went to Hyannis Toyota with the thought of trading my 2006 4Runner for a new Rav4 since my wife and I needed more economical utility and thought the Rav would be a better fit. I worked again with Jeremy Holzworth with whom I have worked with in the past on other purchases. There was an immediate ambient of comfort since we know each other well. In fact both my son and I have purchased Toyotas with Jeremy. I had run my 4Runner through auto trader so I knew its value and expected nothing less. To my surprise I got something more than I expected. This speaks volumes for a Toyota product. I had paid $23,000 for the 4Runner 5 years ago and was allowed $15,500 in trade toward the Rav4. That means a depreciation of about $1500 per year which I think is excellent compared to other brands. As we went through offers Jeremy always asked what will make you comfortable? All through the process I felt like I was speaking with a friend not a salesman. Our relationship is open and honest and Jeremy creates that atmosphere. So once we agreed on a deal, a phone call was made to my insurance company followed by finalizing the paper work. Another plus for this dealership is that they are able to generate their own registrations which saves time for everyone involved. So by early afternoon I was heading out the door with my new Rav4. It is my pleasure to endorse both Jeremy and Hyannis Toyota. More
I was greeted at the door. The person with whom I had an appointment was called and she came from her office right away. She introduced me to the man who would help me, Joe Scanlon. Joe took me to his station and asked if he could get me anything to drink. He was very easy to talk to and we found we had a lot in common. I was there to buy a used car so I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford. Then I saw a sign in the showroom and asked him about it. It was about leasing, which I had already researched before going to the agency so we talked about it and I ended up leasing a 2014 Corolla. I am thrilled with it and very happy I leased instead of buying a used car. Joe worked hard to get the right car at the right price for me. He took care of getting the new plates and calling my insurance agent. The next day he picked me up at my home, took the plates off my old car and drove me to the dealership to get my new car. I could not have asked for better service. More
In looking for a new car we visited 5 dealers, 2 Ford and 3 Toyota dealerships. Tim Fenny was the most professional of all the sales people we had discussions with. He had great product knowledge, "listened" to what we had to say and never down graded competition even when we made an initial decision to purchase another brand. When we came back proceeded to really seek out the car we were looking for and came up with very competitive pricing. During the entire sales process, kept us informed of what was happening to the delivery process. When we bought the car(Highlander Hybrid) took some quality time to go over the vehicle and the electronics(which will take sometime to master!) Part of the sales process involved Rob as well and he completed the total professional process of the sale. Will strongly recommend the dealership and the people involved to friends and neighbors.
