After hours of researching different cars, I finally settled on a specific model and searched online for the best deals (on both new and used). Living up near Lowell, I wasn't sure if trekking down all that way was worth it however the reviews for this dealership and the Toyota Certified Pre-Owned warranty changed my mind. Adding to that, when I called to confirm that the car was physically on the lot I was transferred to J.R. Riley (who was also one of the salesmen that was showing up repeatedly in the reviews). He confirmed that they had the car and I set up an appointment later that afternoon. When I arrived, J.R. wasted no time in going over all the questions I had (this was my first car purchase out of college) and within 10 minutes we were out at the car and taking it on a test drive. J.R. was awesome on the drive, going over the features of the car, what he liked/disliked, and made it personable (none of the direct-from-the-brochure restatements I've heard from other dealers). He made sure that my uneasiness was resolved and specifics were explained fully. The best part during the process was J.R.'s patience. I'm not going to lie, having never purchased a car before I had my parents on the phone helping me out with specifics to watch for (random "fees" on the sale, extra-high interest rates, etc). J.R. took the time to speak with them as well to ensure that I was getting exactly what he promised and nothing was overlooked. I appreciate him working with me (for almost 5 hours!) and love my new car! Lastly, when getting the financial details figured out I worked with Rob in Finance. Probably the only person who could make me laugh that hard during the process! Incredible people to work with! More

Process went very smoothly to include an alignment and annual state inspection while I was there. They always keep you informed during the process if the technician finds some other item that should be paid attention to but never any pressure to do the work. I was not looking to buy a Toyota since I had always purchased American based cars. It finally came time to start test driving. I went to a few different dealerships to look around at their inventory and was not excited about anything out there. My final stop of the day was Hyannis Toyota where Marc Isaac asked if I was being assisted with my vehicle shopping. He showed my a few certified used vehicles that had the criteria I was looking for. We test drove a few which I enjoyed but was not excited about. We then walked the lot to see if anything else sparked an interest. We came upon the 2013 Toyota Highlander that completely caught my eye. We took it for a test drive where I completely feel in love. It drove beautiful, very quiet ride, and many extras with the base model. The financing was in my price range and I drove it home a few days later. Marc and the whole Hyannis Toyota team where wonderful to work with would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
