We dropped the car off for an oil change and tire rotation at 12:30. I received a coupon for the oil change, which is the main reason we went to Hyannis, we live in Falmouth. I was told when I booked the appointment that it usually takes about 1.5 hrs. When we arrived were told it would take 2 hours, because it was a busy day. It was obviously an over-scheduled day and the staff was pressed to get everything done. The service rep, Shawn Sturdevant was courteous and professional and tried his best. Despite this, it took over 3 hours. We needed to make alternative arrangements to pick up our grandchild from school. If we continue to receive coupons in the future we will most likely return for service, however our time is also valuable and the dealer needs to be considerate of this. More

Despite promising to have car service done on time, as promised, I got a late call saying understaffed so for tomorrow first thing, we didn’t finish it. You open at 8:00. Got there 9:15 after having told them I would need the car by then . Car parked where I left it , had never even started and couldn’t be ready on time for me to get to Boston to take care of grandkids. They lied, were deceptive and totally unprofessional. I have 2 more free services there, where I have bought several cars, after which I am done doing business with an organization that has such little respect for its customers. Serious lack of good business practices. Shame on them. More

The customer service in the store was great! !! One thing that I am not sure was done this way or not that I would like to recommend is: We were there for a recall and state inspection, car was d !! One thing that I am not sure was done this way or not that I would like to recommend is: We were there for a recall and state inspection, car was dropped off at ≈10am we got the car back at ≈5pm but state inspection wasn't done because the "person who does it had already left". That lead me to believe that you guys waited for the recall service to be done before the inspection, instead if you had done the inspection 1st, I believe we would have all services done on the same day without issues. But again! Great service was given by everyone on the service center! More

Had my sienna checked prior to my driving back to Florida. The entire experience was great. The customer rep, Francis, was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took his time explaining what would be done to my car, what the approximate cost would be and made sure I was agreeable to the plan. I was given a courtesy ride to and from the nearby Mall to wait for the work to be finished. All in all a very pleasant experience. LyndaS More
