Always go to Toyota of Hyannis to get my car serviced. They are very thorough. They run safety checks and always let you know what needs replacing or what will need to be replaced soon. I had an appointment to get a battery check. They said one to 1 1/2 hours. After 1 1/2 hours I went and checked and they hadn’t even done anything. After two hours, they told me I needed a new b They said one to 1 1/2 hours. After 1 1/2 hours I went and checked and they hadn’t even done anything. After two hours, they told me I needed a new battery. The cost was $540. I said why did it take two hours to check a battery. They said the appointment was recorded as a non waiter. Meaning, I guess that they assumed I’ve had left the car. For a battery check.??!!!. I left and the key person gave me the wrong key to my car. Needless to say, I will never be back. More
