Ira Toyota of Manchester

Went to IRA to look at the GR86 YUZU edition. I was waiting for another dealership to locate a standard. My husband wanted me to just check it out to ensure I really liked the color. When we walked in we immediately noticed the one they had instock. I was already in love with the color. That is when Sabestian walked up to us and asked us if we where looking to purchase it. My husband had explained to him that we wanted to purchase this car in a standard but was having a hard time locating one. Sabestian explained that he didnt think they could get one that was a standard. After consideration we decided we where going to test drive the white automatic. Sabestian walked away from us to see if he could get the key. After waiting for sometime my husband walked up to him and told him nevermind it was taking too long. That is when Ricky looked at my husband and said you want a standard GR86 YUZU and I am trying to find you one. My husband explained that there was one in NJ but the other dealership said they would not give it up. Ricky looked at him and said if I get it would you buy it. Absolutely!! 10 minutes later Ricky walked up to us shook our hands and said congratulations you are now the proud owners of a 2026 GR86 YUZU addition. Ricky went out of his way to ensure that the car i wanted was found, had it delivered to the store on Thursday and made me the happiest person ever! I have not stopped smiling since I got the car!!! Sabestian was an excellent salesman, if it wasn't for him reaching out to Ricky and explaining to him what I was looking for i don't think I would of ever gotten the car. I would recommend both of them to my family and friends and will DEFINITELY be back to purchase my winter car from them. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me! I am going to have so much fun with my new vehicle!!! More

I have a 14-year-old that’s gonna be driving in the next year and a half to two years and my wife is due for a new car and that will be car number seven and eight that we will be purchasing at Ira in Manchester. The salesman Mo is one of the nicest and most genuine people on the planet. Doesn’t feel like you were dealing with a salesman. He treats you like family. I’ve even gotten to hear stories about his family. To hear stories of his wife and his two children and see how they are growing and to know that they’ve got an incredible dad to take care of them that works very hard. If you want a car and you want someone to treat you like a human being, please go to Ira and ask for Mo. I’m assuming the rest of their sales team are just as incredible, but I built a rapport with him. The people in service are also great. They’re very clear with what your car needs and what they will be servicing. I can’t rave enough about this place. I pick up my new tundra tomorrow. More
