Above and beyond service. I usually go to a small, local car repair shop, but when I go to Ira instead, I am treated with comparable personalized service. Each person I have w I usually go to a small, local car repair shop, but when I go to Ira instead, I am treated with comparable personalized service. Each person I have worked with, whether service representatives, rentals, technicians, sales, etc, has gone out of their way to make sure all my needs were taken care of. I mixed up the shop's closing hours, and multiple professionals helped me after closing hours to make sure I got sorted. It was my mistake and they still treated me so well. I would recommend this dealership location to anyone, they really care about customer service ! More

It would be much appreciated if Toyota did not try to list a potential fix in the “red” for something that’s normally not recommended for another 35-60k miles. The price to replace six spark plugs was rather outrageous and seemed like an upsell or scare tactic to have it completed. On the other hand, there are some really awesome customer support representatives that will check you in and give you deals! I do appreciate that kind of customer support! More
