The only complaint I have is that the dealer did NOT tell me about the "shop supplies" charge unti. AFTER the quoted price. He took it off but getting charged for something that was not approved is borderli me about the "shop supplies" charge unti. AFTER the quoted price. Always a good experience at IRA Toyota of Manchester and always leave there satisfied. Maybe on the expensive side but I'm getting genuine quality Toyota parts installed and or fixed by a trained Toyota mec always leave there satisfied. 10/10 one of the best car customer service I’ve ever experienced so far. They keep you up to date what is needed to be done every step along the way, estimated time frame for completion, they take care experienced so far.
