Good experience on the sales sided. However, I have had so many issues with the service side. They have tried to charge me for service that they never completed as well as trying to sel However, I have had so many issues with the service side. They have tried to charge me for service that they never completed as well as trying to sell service that was not needed. If they do an alignment, be sure that they show you the before and after report. They told me that I needed an alignment. They charged me $140. When I asked for the before and after report, they could not provide it. They then told me that it was a miscommunication and the alignment was never done or needed. Additionally, they replaced a radiator in one of my cars. Four months later they told me I needed a new radiator again. They did not realize they just replaced it four months earlier and tried to sell me another replacement for $1700. This just seems to be a pattern with this dealership. They can’t be trusted at all. I went into Ira after looking at a particular car. When i arrived was greeted professionally, I informed the salesman my intention today and he actually was a straight shooter let me get you a differe When i arrived was greeted professionally, I informed the salesman my intention today and he actually was a straight shooter let me get you a different sales guy as he was extremely busy. When I sat down with Ryan immediately shook my hand introduced himself. I was asking if a particular vehicle was still available it was he allowed me to take it for a spin said no rush go run an errand get on the highway etc. when I returned answered all my questions including why the car was traded in and gave me the back story so I could make a decision. There was absolutely zero pressure. After the sale the finance guy was great as well went over every piece of paper i signed explaining everything line for line. So pressure any and all information i needed overall one of the better car buying experiences I had had in a while. More
