Like all dealerships right now, the new car inventory was nonexistent, which was frustrating, so Mo took the time to find the exact vehicle I wanted & had it shipped to Ira Toyota of Manchester for me. I was hesitant to lock myself in to a vehicle before I even had eyes on it, but Mo explained that a fully-refundable $500 deposit was all it took to secure the vehicle for me, and I could change my mind if the vehicle arrived, and it wasn't everything I wanted. He took the time to get this process started for me on his day off, and he even had me test drive a similar pre-owned RAV4 so I could get the feel of it before mine arrived. The RAV4 arrived four days early, and I fell in love as soon as I set eyes on her. Mo took the time to have the RAV I test drove and the RAV I purchased parked up front and warmed up upon my arrival. Talk about going above and beyond! When I arrived to purchase my RAV, Mo had everything ready, so I was in and out very quickly. I worked with Peter Plansky in Finance, and he was so patient and clearly explained all of my options, answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best payment route for me. Never once did I feel pressured by Mo or Peter. I felt they were doing all they could to help me and ensure I was not only happy with my new vehicle, but thrilled and confident I was making the right choice. Mo has followed up with me a couple times to see how I was liking my new RAV4, which I appreciate the follow-through.
