Your visit went as follows....  Checked in 1:23pm  Appointment scheduled for 2:00pm Tech punched on ( started) 2:21pm Inspection results sent to you at 3:05pm You authorized a brake job as well as declined unwanted items at 3:15   The items you are mentioning as an upsell are items we recommend you repair sooner than later. We send photos and a full detailed report with our findings.  The hubcaps were our fault, and I do apologize to have you come back for them. Since your visit was on a Saturday, we do find times to be busier than average and apologize for the wait. We do try to go as quick as possible without lowering our standard for quality.
