I was referred by a friend/coworker and after visiting a different Toyota dealership and leaving unhappy and disappointed in how I was treated, I headed to Ira and I’m so glad I did! I am so happy with my new Rav4 and it’s all thanks to the great staff at Ira! Also I want to thank Mike Fiala and Chuck Goodwin. They were amazing and I can’t say enough good things about them and their service! I would recommend Ira to any of my friends in the market for a new vehicle. Brought in Rav for free maintenance. Good service. Asked that car also be washed/vacuumed, but it was raining so could they just vacuum. Got a price of $30 to vacuum and "clean up" inside. When I got my vehicle back, they had vacuumed the front at no charge. I appreciated that!! It's the little things sometimes. However, I do find your inspection price of $45 a bit high. More
