Our preferred configuration was not available on the Manchester IRA lot, but they obtained it a day later and had it prepped and ready to go the next day. We purchased the extended vehicle warranty because we buy our cars and keep them for a long time. This car replaces a 2004. The warranty extension was priced the same as the Toyota extensions that used to be available by Internet purchase before Toyota shut down that venue. We were very satisfied with Jeff Kleiner, Sales Manager, as well. The whole team was knowledgeable and open about the sales process. More

Overall good experience My Prius needed some extended warranty work. It took a while, but apparently it was a difficult job. Very happy with how things turned out.
