We literally agreed upon a sales price within minutes after arriving at IRA. The Highlander we purchased needed to be ordered and would take eight weeks to be delivered. Elizabeth Welch, the sales associate was outstanding to work with throughout the process. She contacted us on a regular basis providing updates on the status of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered as promised on time and at the cost we agreed upon. We have purchased Toyotas in the past from other dealers and found the IRA experience to be superior to the other dealers. We definitely would go back to IRA to purchase future vehicles. More
