The technician pointed out a possible problem - low level oil which my loc George Maxcy, Service Advisor, was very helpful in answering my questions. The technician pointed out a possible problem - low level oil which my local garage never mentioned. I had had a recent oil change just a little over one month ago. My 2008 RAV4 might have excessive oil consumption. George also explained the difference of synthetic oil and regular oil. I plan to return in a few weeks to check the oil level. I had other questions, and all were answered to my satisfaction. I did not feel rushed. Suggestions were made to make my vehicle run better and last longer. More

Love my Highlander The experience was very good, Alex was our salesman. He was great not pushy and was able to answer most of our questions. The disappointing part was the closing, it took way to long and had no idea what we were waiting for. We went at 6:30 and didn’t leave until 10 pm. We were starving, that was our mistake we should have eaten prior. But we also didn’t expect to go home with the car that night. We expected that we would come back the next day or two to pick up and close. More
