They tried to pass off a wrecked vehicle as 'New', then they would not work with me on the price. Vehicle had major body and paint work and they never gave full disclosure at time of sale. I found the salesmen at Ira to be quite knowledgeable and helpful, and did not feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. John DeMille (the salesman who sold me the car) has been unfailingly polite and helpfu helpful, and did not feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. John DeMille (the salesman who sold me the car) has been unfailingly polite and helpful in answering my many questions, and working with him was a refreshing change from salesmen I've encountered at other dealers. He was not pushy or aggressive, and made buying the car much more pleasant than the last car purchase I made elsewhere. I was initially reluctant to even visit a dealer, but I'm really glad that I did--I got great service and a great car! More

I had my auto serviced on January 24, 2009 and it was the a very pleasant experience. First, when I arrived, Steve Montour from the service department was very welcoming and friendly. He explained how long a very pleasant experience. First, when I arrived, Steve Montour from the service department was very welcoming and friendly. He explained how long it would take to repair my car and since it would take an 1 1/2 or so to repair they offered to take me and my daughter over to the mall to pass the time. The person that took us was a complete gentlemen. He insisted on opening and closing the doors as we entered the car and exited the car. He was very friendly and kind. Steve Montour from the Service dept. called my cell when my SUV was ready and within minutes, we were picked up at the mall and back to the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Great experience from a car dealership! More

This dealer is bad news, They do not listen, try to play bait and switch , and wasted my time. Trying to come uo with a fair trade in was a complete waste of time, as they low balled me by at least $4000. A bait and switch , and wasted my time. Beware! If you don't obtain financing through them, you may have to wait 1-2 weeks to get your car. They are paranoid about bounced checks from third party financing.
