Car buying is not always enjoyable. This time it was. Thanks My initial email inquiry for a price quote on a new Highlander was answered promptly and thoroughly, I followed that up with a visit to Bill Kinney an My initial email inquiry for a price quote on a new Highlander was answered promptly and thoroughly, I followed that up with a visit to Bill Kinney and Reuben Manning. We discussed trade in possibilities and Reuben thoroughly reviewed features and provided a demo drive. I then left to consider and compare other offers I had received. In a subsequent telephone conversation with Bill I informed him that I would go with IRA and made a deposit. The next morning I met with Rick Dupres and Reuben to review and confirm the deal. To that point all was handled very well and the people involved were well organized, helpful and friendly. From that point on, to the delivery of the car this morning, my connection with IRA was handled by Rueben and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He's very professional and product knowledgeable ,an excellent communicator, very thorough,friendly and helpful. His attention to detail is notable. Car buying is not always enjoyable. "Temp" knob on heater/ac unit did not work. Jenny-Lynn Loring was my service advisor. I explained my problem to her. From that point on she regularly briefed me on how things were progressing. She was very sincere, polite and courteous and very much a professional in addressing issues of significance. I felt totally comfortable because of her in how things were developing and she certainly was instrumental in how this entire matter was handled. My vehicle that I brought in was a 2005 Toyota Highlander which I purchased new back during that time period. There was a marked difference in how Toyota service advisors were back then, as compared to the present in how Ms. Loring represented Toyota on this occasion. Ms. Loring certainly deserves to be commended. More
Great 1st Visit - 6 Month Maintenance January 2018 Prompt check-in was courteous and thorough. Unexpected state inspection was provided so I didn't have to return in April.
