I had done my research on the vehicle I was interested in, and was met at the door and greeted by Carlos. I told him the specific vehicle I was interested in, he quickly got it set up for a test drive. 15 minutes later, we're back at the dealership. Within 10 minutes, we have agreed on a price, and the process is in motion. Drove the car off the lot that day. Carlos and Business Agent Bel we're OUTSTANDING, in every way: personable, provided timely & detailed information, never felt ANY pressure. By far, the best car-buying experience this jaded and cynical SOB has ever had. HIGHLY recommended. More

He took time to get to know us and our needs and subsequently tailored the sales experience based on this information. There was no hint of an attempt to upsell us which served to build trust in him. This resulted in a sale that otherwise may not have happened. I would like to note that on two occasions, both my wife and I overheard a loud and disrespectful gentleman from the front desk loudly directing and demeaning a number of other employees. Ordinarily, my wife and I would have walked right out but again, because of the relationship established between ourselves and John, we stayed and bought a vehicle. To summarize, we bought this vehicle at Ira because of John. In our opinion, you should find more salesman like this guy and seriously consider him for future promotions. PS. Nice touch with the coffee bar. It kept us going with the long wait to write a check to the finance department. More

Decent until the moment the car is yours Had an appointment to have my pre-owned car looked at that I had purchased 3 days earlier because of a knocking sound in the front right wheel well. M Had an appointment to have my pre-owned car looked at that I had purchased 3 days earlier because of a knocking sound in the front right wheel well. My appointment was at 9:45 and I sat in the bay till about 10:10 but no big deal they were busy. I then proceeded to wait two hours while the issue was diagnosed. Even with this I thought i would rather have this issue squared away now than later. After waiting about 2 1/2 hours the service tech comes out and lets me know that the front two struts failed and are recommended to be replaced for 1300 dollars. Mind you I bought this car on Wednesday and brought it back in Saturday morning. After arguing with a few different managers about how ridiculous it was to have to pay 1300 dollars and after being told I didn't need to be made aware of the issue because it passes the inspection (that they complete). After going back and for 30-45 minutes while the dealership essentially said not our issue anymore they finally agreed to cut me a check for 550 instead of taking care of the issue. The only credit I can give is that the manager called a few days later to apologize how things were handled. I wasn't going to write a review but why should one apology after the fact cancel the terrible experience I had. More
