Poor Experience on a lease Shoopping for a lease on a 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE. Had a price from Grappone Toyota but they did not have the color interior we preferred. Calle Shoopping for a lease on a 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE. Had a price from Grappone Toyota but they did not have the color interior we preferred. Called IRA and spoke to the Sales Manager Jeff Kleiner and explained the full deal from Grappone, including that deal had GAP coverage. Jeff quoted me a price at $380/mo. for the same type vehicle and options. Went in last Friday (4/21/17) and spoke to the salesperson he handed me off to and walked us through paperwork and tried to get us to take the car immediately. We wanted to pick up the car Monday ( 4/24/17) as we figured they would need to prepare paperwork and we would notify our insurance carrier. Went back on Monday and waited to speak to the Finance Associate. When we sat with him we realized we were negotiating the deal all over and were quoted ridiculous lease prices with packages that would include Gap coverage. Lowest cost we were quoted now was $463/mo. . We were low balled to get us in and then tried to up-sell us a crazy package just to get the Gap protection we had in the deal with Grappone. Finance Director , Fausto Gomez came in to make nice and offered the deal at the same price as Grappone offered ( $395). We did take delivery of the car and the car is what we wanted but the whole process was very distasteful. As a policy of the dealership to try to maximize every sale I would not recommend anyone going there. There are other dealership much easier with which to deal. More

Friendly sales staff It's Toyota in Manchester has always treated us fairly and we have enjoyed doing business there.
