The service we received from Seth Boutin and Matthew Cote were excellent! They were both extremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. My husband has purchased Toyota's for years now, and will only buy Toyota's as the vehicles are priced well, run well, and hold their value. My son will be driving in a couple years (aaahhh) and so we will be back to Toyota for a vehicle for him. We have been to many car dealerships (and did not have a very pleasant experience at a Ford dealership last weekend, when after only 10 minutes of looking the salesman threw down his pen and walked away from us– we were shocked)! It was a pleasure to deal with Seth and Matt. Our guard was up when we walked in, but Seth made us feel very comfortable. He was honest, not pushy at all, extremely pleasant – a gentlemen. Coming from NY I was surprised to see there are such quality car salesmen left out there. Toyota – we will be back. More
My husband and I were greeted by Seth upon our arrival on the lot to scope out a used car for our adult daughter (she was not present at the time). We'd been to several dealerships by that point in the day so we were probably wearing our anti-dealership/anti-salesman faces, but Seth was pleasant and low-key. Seth brought us in to discuss what were looking for, asked concise questions, and actually listened to what we said. At no time were our choices questioned or challenged. Seth consulted his inventory list and immediately zeroed in on two specific vehicles...one of which our daughter later purchased. She was a first-time buyer (we did not co-sign) and the process could not have been smoother. Before I knew it, the deal was done - with no surprises along the way. I received excellent treatment and an excellent deal. I sent an email at 10 PM on a Friday. I recieved a reply from their Internet sales dept at 8:30am Saturday. I was at the dealership at 11am to test drive the car I was interested in. I was done negotiating at 1pm and was bringing the car home to show my wife since it was for her. She loved the car. We went back to the dealership at 2:30 to finalize the purchase and drove out with an 08 Infiniti M35X at 4:30. BTW, it was over $3K less than the same vehicle with less equimpent and higher miles that I looked at a day earlier at the Number 1 Infiniti dealership in New England. Thank you Bill Kenney for making this a painless experience. More
I walked into Ira looking for someone to help me get into a lease. There were many salesman around, Seth was the first one to make eye contact with me (of course his sex appeal caught my eye!!)and ask If he a lease. He was very welcoming and listened attentively as I told him what I was looking for. I was impressed with his knowledge, proffesionalism and how he was not pushy in anyway. He made me very comfortable with his sense of humor and small talk through out the process. I can't say enough about how good of a salesman he is. We had a great time together... finding the car in the back lot, test driving, filling up with gas after the sale(he even bought me a coffee!) He made me a very happy customer as much so at the end of the day I gave him a big hug! I will always recommend Seth and Ira to all my peeps!! Thanks Seth for the signed T-shirt:) More
Seth Boutin was by far the best sales associate I have worked with in finding my family a used SUV. He worked with me to find the nicest possible SUV to fit my budget, and worked very hard to get my payments where I needed them to be, even after I lowered my budget after getting my insurance quote! I had a great experience with Ira Toyota and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. I never would have believed I could fit this nice of a vehicle in my budget (I purchased a 2006 GMC Envoy, fully loaded, with extended warranty). I am very impressed with Seth's willingness to meet my budget with the absolute best vehicle possible, without trying to push me into a vehicle I couldnt afford. I am extremely happy with the SUV I purchased, and equally pleased with the customer service at Ira Toyota Manchester. More
We were looking to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma. I did preliminary research online and discovered that a salesperson that we had purchsed two vehicles from in the past was now working at Ira Toyota of Man preliminary research online and discovered that a salesperson that we had purchsed two vehicles from in the past was now working at Ira Toyota of Manchester. I filled out our information online and in the comments section I asked to deal with this salesperson specifically. Almost immediately I received a response from "Michael Sullivan". I responded thanking him for the email and explained I would like to deal with the specific salesperson requested. Mr. Sullivan responded something to the effect that he could get all the specifics up front & then hand everything off to our requested salesperson. I said no thank you, that we would deal with this salesperson and to please not send any more emails. I received at least 2 more emails from Mr. Sullivan, after which I replied that if he didn't stop harrassing me with emails that the dealership would lose the sale. A day or two later I received yet ANOTHER email! In the meantime I had found out that the salesperson we wanted to deal with was on vacation and would be back in a few days. Not wanting the salesperson to lose the sale over something that he didn't even know about, I called the dealership to find out who this Michael Sullivan was and was told he worked at one of their offices in Massachusetts. I asked to speak to his manager and was connected (I do not remember the manager's name). I explained to this manager that I was being harrassed with emails and if I received another one that I would not do business with Ira Toyota. He looked up my original online request, read to me my request to deal with a specific salesperson and apologized for the emails and said it would not happen again. That seemed to do the trick as the emails stopped. In the meantime we connected with our requested salesperson and were starting to work on a deal. But then I received ANOTHER email from Michael Sullivan that he was at my service "for a truly outstanding experience at Ira Toyota of Manchester". That was the last straw. After repeatedly requesting not to receive emails from this person that I do not want to deal with, going the extra step to actually speak to a "live" person, only to have that request ignored, does not speak of great customer service. I consider it harrassment and badgering. I feel bad for our requested salesperson as he was not to blame for this and had always done well by us in the past, but I am glad we did not purchase a vehicle from Ira if this is what they consider "a truly outstanding experience". The minute we walked in and met salesman Bill Kinney we knew he was the right person for us to be talking to. He very pleased with this dealership. We are looking to buy a new Toyota for my mother in just a few months and we will ask for no one but Bill to seal this deal. He is an asset to this dealership and an all around great person to help you buy the right vehicle for you! Too bad there weren't more people like Bill out there to make your car buying experience pleasant and not a nightmare! More
Very impressed with both Seth and Justin, our initial contact was with another employee and he left us feeling a little less than impressed. When Justin called to follow up I told him what we thought and he stepped up to the plate and worked with us on a deal. When we arrived back at the dealership Justin handed us off to Seth who walked us through the process from start to finish. He was attentive and professional, made us feel comfortable with the entire process, and made sure we knew what we were getting. Justin completed the sale and explained all the paperwork in detail, everything was as promised and expected. Seth got us into the car and gave us an overview of the cars controls. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. If you are shopping for a new car I strongly recommend Seth, his knowledge and professionalism are a credit to the dealership. More
