I started my purchase over the internet. I wasn't really planning on purchasing that day and I wasn't thinking of getting a Toyota at first. I thought I would take a look. I made an appointment and was contacted by Seth who was very kind. When I arrived, we started talking about the kind of car I would like. Based on what I told Seth, he chose a car for me to test drive. The car he picked out ended up have everything I thought I wanted and things I didn't know were available. In the end the car seemed to be there just for me and I wouldn't have even gotten a chance to see it if it wasn't for Seth. I was able to get a god price on the car. Everyone was very friendly. Even though it was busy, I was not forced into anything or rushed. I was given all the time that I needed to make my final decision. I would highly recommend IRA toyota and Seth. More
The salesmen were great - John DeMille and Mike Tucker. Each was professional and easy to deal with. The Sales manager - Bob Cross, was solid and professional handling the expected negotiations. The financial manager - Josh Glazier, was fast talking, indirect and not immediate. Best rates were not disclosed immediately and only one bank was contacted. An extended warranty was pushed heavily and many costs/fees were explained quickly, too quick. I have since refinanced. There was also an issue with unsigned paperwork. Several days after purchasing my vehicle, I was contacted regarding more paperwork to be signed. I was asked to return to the dealership AGAIN, but I could not because I was already out of state. Once again, albeit a minor issue, a headache to learn that someone at the dealership did not complete all needed paperwork thus having to track me down to get things done. Not a 'smooth' sale! The cleanliness of the new vehicle upon delivery was not acceptable - sticky residue from the transport plastic remained on the roof and hood; the interior was not spotless with some dirt on the floor and a stain on the center console. The pick up bed had some sand/dirt and several leaves were found between the bed and cab. The engine compartment had many leaves under the hood and was not cleaned. The tires had three different air pressure levels - none of which were set at correct levels forcing another minor conern. Vehicle was delivered with a 6" x 8" stain on the hood. Stain was a factory defect located under the clearcoat and under the paint. Upon returning to the dealer for service regarding this issue, I met with Rosie Cray and she was very professional and put me in contact with the service manager - Chuck Briggs. He denied immediate repair and after much arguing and debate, the needed repair was finally approved. Being an out of state buyer, I was first told to take the truck to my local body shop or dealer in Michigan for warranty repair because of my timetable needing to return to Michigan where I reside. I found that to be ludicrous as it was purchased two days prior from IRA. The service manager should have responded in a more positive light and offered a solution without a 30 minute arguement/debate. If he or the dealership thought for one second that a customer is going to accept a vehicle with a factory blemish and attempt to have it repaired elswhere, it is offering poor customer service. I was very disappointed in how this was handled. As it happened, I was forced to retun to Michigan three days late and missed 2 days of work. The price was right, but sadly, few other things were. Price does sell! More

My lease was expiring and I wanted to take the time to test drive a few models before I made my final decision. I sat down with Gene 3 months prior to my expiration. I had told Gene that I was not interested in rolling my final three payments into the my new payments, but was interested in test driving a few cars...Gene was very open to my needs and did not pressure me to make a decision..Being in sales myself, I mentioned to Gene that I appreciated his sales style and committed that I would buy my next car from him when my lease expired....I am now riding in my new Venza and lovin' it....Toyota has a great reputation on its own, but I would highly recommend IRA Toyota and Gene to my friends and family...in fact, my wife's lease expires in June and I already spoke with Gene on my next purchase....Great Sales Experience! When we arrived, we had just begun the sales and we particularly want to give our strongest praise to our Certified Sales Consultant Dan Levesque. When we arrived, we had just begun the sales process, and had planned to visit several more dealerships. We met Dan, and from the beginning, his low-key, patient approach made us feel at ease. Dan was the consummate professional, making us feel important throughout. We spent several hours there, test driving the vehicle and discussing different sales options with Dan, and he answered all of our questions patiently and accurately. Making a long story short, I am a guy who spends weeks researching and shopping around for a TV -- a car is a much bigger investment! And yet, for the first time in our lives, my wife and I walked into the first dealership and drove away in our new car, and it was completely thanks to Dan's professionalism and approach. You guys have an outstanding sales professional. And of course, and outstanding product. Finally, I want to praise Joshua Glazier for his professional approach as well, as he walked us through our service options. I was told by phone that the service department was open until 7pm. When I got there the shop was all locked up for the night. Derek came and opened the door found his sales manager, my invoice and my keys. He was the only reason I did not start off my weekend on a bad note. He was not even on the clock and he was helping one of your customers that up to that point was VERY unsatisfied with the overall performance of Ira Toyota in Manchester, New Hampshire. My husband and I will only speak to Derek in the sales department if we have a problem on that side of the business now. I appreciate his help, concern and thoughtfulness.
